Talent development 2.0

Talent development 2.0

Hungary’s greatest asset is the knowledge that stems from talent and hard work. Developing this resource is essential for lasting value and long-term prosperity.

Talent development requires stable, long-term support, which is only effective when results are measurable.

Measurability is essential for developing effective methods and continuously improving performance.

Teachers design both the professional programs and the methods used to evaluate their impact.

We allocate resources to teachers and support their work in a coordinated way.

This approach ensures maximum effectiveness and cost-efficiency.

The Frontiers Foundation is opening a new era in Hungary’s development of scientific and engineering talent. For the first time worldwide, this mission is integrated with an international, Hungary-centered network of top researchers, capable of attracting and retaining our most outstanding minds.

We are committed to working with all organizations that share these core principles to:

- identify talented, hard-working students through our nationwide teacher network and guide them toward career paths;

- create accessible, instrument-based, and methodological development opportunities through a nationwide network of extracurricular study groups, integrated with targeted support for exceptional students in Olympiad schools;

- offer long-term, career-based support to talented students, with active involvement from the Frontiers network of top researchers;

- ensure our leading teachers share their knowledge and experience through training programs, enabling more students to pursue paths that best suit their potential;

- provide the highest possible social and financial recognition to teachers involved in talent development.

Talent Development 2.0 is not a continuation — it marks the beginning of a new era.
Our mission is to ensure that Hungary’s most important resource — knowledge built on talent and hard work — can fully develop and create lasting value.
Here at home, in Hungary.
